I. Objectives: After the lesson, students are able to:

Say the sentences: Nice to meet you/ See you tomorrow/ See you later.

-Ss look after , solve problems and study themselves.

– Studious and obedient students and love their friends.

II. Language contents:

Vocabulary: Goodbye/ bye, again, meet, tomorrow, good night, later

Grammar: A: It’s nice to meet you. B: Nice to meet you too.

IV. Procedures

1. Class organization:

– Greeting

– Checking for the students’ attendance.

2. Oral test:

– Have pupils ask and answer questions about someone, intro-duce someone.

– Give six words (good morning, good afternoon. Good evening, goodbye and hello)

– Call out the words.

– Check Ss’ understanding: It’s nice to meet you/ Nice to meet you.

3. Let’s talk

– Check and correct.

Conclusion and homework

– Ask Ss to do Ex in Part E (p.8/WB)

– Ss to copy the grid down to their notebooks and select six words at random to put them in the boxes. there is a pupil getting three words on a straight line crossed out and calling Bingo! He or She is the winner.

– Play the game:

Look at the picture and answer

– Read the word and guess the meaning.

– Listen and repeat.

– Play roles to read. One group repeats Miss Hien’s part and the other the pupils’ part.

– Read in pairs.

– Greet in chorus

Look at the picture. Identify the characters and the parts of the day.

– Practice using the word under each picture.

– Practice in pair.

– 6-7 pairs. The rest of the class observe and give comments

– Ss look at the book and work in pairs to greet the parts of the day.
